Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site construction for commercial pool projects nationwide.
- Lead and manage subcontractor crews with professionalism and clarity.
- Read, interpret, and execute construction plans and technical drawings.
- Preplan project activities, materials, and timelines to avoid delays.
- Create and manage project schedules, adjusting timelines as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and OSHA safety compliance.
- Identify, interview, and onboard reliable subcontractors aligned with company standards.
- Maintain organized documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and general contractors.
- Step in with hands-on support when needed to move the project forward.
- Represent California Pools' values and brand at every jobsite.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in construction management or superintendent roles.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Proven leadership in managing multiple subcontractor teams across complex projects.
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety protocols and jobsite best practices.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing field conditions.
- Experienced in building and managing detailed project schedules.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and manage remote job sites.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- No certifications required, but leadership and field management experience are essential.
