Graduate Associate Attorney

Seeking a motivated new graduate or associate attorney to support an expanding real estate and estate planning practice in a top law firm. Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including contract drafting, due diligence, and closing coordination
• Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies)
• Support probate and trust administration matters
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, client communications, and correspondence
• Prepare and file documents with courts and government agencies
• Attend client meetings and guide clients through legal processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 0-3 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in real estate law and estate planning
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and client-focused approach
• Admitted or actively seeking admission to the New York State Bar
