Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Legal Support Services, the Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative and office operations support for attorneys and legal support staff. Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Legal Support Services, the Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative and office operations support for attorneys and legal support staff. Key Responsibilities
- Manages incoming calls and provides client assistance.
- Ensures attorney timesheets are proofread and released in a timely manner and processes client billing statements.
- Handles document management, including scanning, copying, printing, and filing.
- Drafts, edits, and formats correspondence, legal documents, and reports.
- Manages attorney calendars, schedules appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements.
- Oversees inventory of office supplies, coordinates deliveries, and maintains office operations.
- Assists with building security needs and access card management.
- Schedules and prepares conference rooms and places catering orders.
- Processes check requests and expense reports.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
- Requires a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.
- Prior experience as an office assistant or similar administrative support role required.
