Basic Requirements

We're seeking dynamic leaders across various operational domains, each demanding speed, precision, and a strong execution mindset.

You Should Bring

• Minimum of 3 years at a leading strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional operations in complex and uncertain environments.
• Expertise in one or more areas: regulatory compliance, onboarding processes, or large-scale financial operations.
• Ability to transform strategic plans into actionable steps with minimal guidance.
• Valid U.S. work authorization and flexibility for travel (~1 week per month).
• Proficiency in using AI to streamline and expedite processes.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
