Department/Unit Summary
Join our Float Pool team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population. You will float to various units including Critical Care, Stepdown, Med Surg, Behavioral Health, and ER.

You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

- $20,000 sign-on bonus depending on qualifications and experience for full time

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
