Summary

The Brand & Lifestyle Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing the team’s culture and brand vision to life through exceptional event logistics, influencer engagement, and project coordination. This role supports the planning and execution of brand lifestyle experiences, immersive gifting programs, and cultural initiatives that connect the team to fans, community, and partners in innovative and meaningful ways. This role additionally supports all communication, legal documents, organization and database management. Working closely with both Brand Experience Managers, this position will project manage initiatives from concept to recap, ensuring all activations are executed at the highest standard and aligned with the organization’s big brand goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support planning, coordination, and on-site setup for lifestyle brand events, pop-ups, cultural initiatives, and experiential activations, including vendor logistics, run-of-show, staffing, and production needs.
  • Track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and serve as day-to-day contact for influencers, artists, VIP guests, and cultural partners, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize the influencer and creator database with engagement history, preferences, and key opportunities for collaboration.
  • Coordinate sourcing, packaging, and delivery of personalized gifting for talent and collaborators in partnership with the Culture Marketing team, ensuring alignment with marquee retail and brand moments.
  • Work with social, production, retail, game presentation, and partnerships teams to integrate influencer content and cultural activations into brand initiatives while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and execution of culturally relevant campaigns; collaborate on content strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and storytelling impact.
  • Monitor social media for influencer engagement and cultural trends; compile post-event recaps with KPIs including attendance, impressions, and qualitative feedback; track gifting distribution impact.
  • Assist with timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed through clear documentation, meeting recaps, and updates.
  • Research lifestyle, culture, and influencer trends to identify future-forward opportunities that connect the brand to Detroit, marquee city moments, and broader national/global markets.
  • Support the Brand Marketing Team with all other special projects and events as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years in event coordination, brand marketing, influencer relations, or related roles (sports, entertainment, or brand experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for culture, trends, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
  • Passionate about brand storytelling, creative solutions and brand building
  • Outstanding professionalism and polish in demeanor
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week, unless otherwise agreed upon with their supervisor. Must be willing and able to work extended hours inclusive of nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary?
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from The Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center and Little Caesars Arena and other event locations as necessary
