The Electrical Manager is responsible for overseeing all electrical operations, maintenance, and projects within the organization. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, manages electrical staff, develops strategic plans for system reliability, and drives continuous improvement in electrical infrastructure and processes. The Electrical Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, facilities, and capital projects.

- Leadership & Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, service technicians and installers.
- Assign and monitor workloads, set priorities, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Develop preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Project Management
- Lead planning and execution of electrical projects (new installations, upgrades, expansions).
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and vendor proposals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Work Environment
- Primarily onsite with regular visits to field locations and job sites.
- May require occasional evening and weekend work.
- C10 Electrical License Holder.
- Minimum 7-10 years of residential and light commercial electrical experience, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
