Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily company operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
  • Partner with the CEO to develop, implement, and improve operational strategies.
  • Take ownership of unstructured tasks and build processes, systems, and organization around them.
  • Manage and support teams to ensure project deadlines, safety standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Identify urgent tasks and resolve them without delay, escalating issues only when necessary.
  • Coordinate with project teams and travel to site locations to provide leadership and support.
  • Drive accountability, productivity, and operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative company culture.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular progress updates to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or operations management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively without micromanagement.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring unorganized processes or projects and delivering results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remove blockers and move tasks forward quickly.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members.
  • Willingness to travel for project support (per diem and lodging provided).

Schedule

  • Full-Time - Monday through Friday
  • Saturday work as needed (lighter days during high-growth phases)
