Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring as per recipes and standards
• Assist in setting up stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring timely preparation of ingredients
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of prep areas and storage spaces
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
