The Pactiv Evergreen Turlock Carton Converting Facility is located in Turlock, California, within an hour of the California Napa wine country and in close proximity to the city of San Francisco . Opened in 1957 and employing 130 team members, the facility prints and die cuts refrigerated gable top cartons for a variety of national and regional brands supplying retail groceries and schools throughout the western US and Canada.

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance staff, achieving results in areas of safety, preventative maintenance, utilization of equipment, waste reduction, equipment improvement, facility upkeep, and predictive maintenance. The Maintenance Manager will also oversee spare part inventories, maintenance shop, preventive maintenance scheduling and capital projects
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Qualifications
Qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work Hands-On in a manufacturing shop-floor environment.
- Candidate must have unlimited U.S. work eligibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines of multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Power Point) applications.
- Understanding of the manufacturing process
- Ensure that all requirements of SQF System are being administered and adhered to.
- Understanding of good manufacturing practices, food safety plans and all applicable regulations and guidelines.
