Ingram Roofing Inc. is hiring three skilled Carpenters to join our growing Field Operations team. This full-time position focuses on remodeling projects and includes both rough and finish carpentry. From repairing substructures to installing high-end finishes, you'll be a critical part of transforming residential, commercial, and government spaces with integrity and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Rough Carpentry (Remodeling Focus):
• Repair and modify framing, subfloors, and other structural elements in existing buildings.
• Measure and cut lumber accurately, even in non-standard or irregular spaces.
• Interpret blueprints and technical renovation drawings.
• Ensure structural work complies with building codes and safety standards.
• Framing and building decks, and other exterior trim.
• Finish Carpentry (Remodeling Focus):
• Install trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and windows with high precision.
• Customize and adapt finish work to irregular layouts or older structures.
• Sand, stain, and complete wood surfaces to a polished, professional standard.
• General Duties:
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow tradespeople.
• Assist in material estimates and project scheduling.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to on-site challenges common in remodeling.
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of carpentry experience (remodeling strongly preferred).
• Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, measurements, and woodworking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in existing structures.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and committed to producing top-tier craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license required
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in tight or elevated areas.
