Loudoun United FC, Segra Field, and RavenTek Park are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Activation Manager to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of all partnership activations and for cultivating strong, ongoing relationships with our valued partners. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure that all deliverables are met and that every partner experience exceeds expectations.

- Lead and manage the execution of all partner activations at Segra Field, RavenTek Park, and Loudoun United FC events.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve activation-related issues, maintaining partner confidence and enthusiasm.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and event staff to ensure seamless delivery of contractual assets.
- Document activations throughout the season, including collecting high-quality photos and materials for use in reporting and presentations.
- Create detailed end-of-season reports for each client, including:
- Partnership deliverables and highlights
- Engagement data (impressions, fan interaction, etc.)
- Visuals of activations (photos, collateral, etc.)
- Develop tailored retention strategies aligned with each partner’s goals.
- Maintain deep knowledge of partner contracts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Manage a client engagement budget (gifts, meetings, thank-you gestures) to strengthen relationships.
- Represent the organization professionally at all home games and key events.
- Listen actively to client needs and feedback, using insights to optimize activations and future proposals.
- Work toward an annual category revenue goal.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities during the season and assist the sales team in closing them.
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to brainstorm new opportunities, refine packages, and expand relationships.
- Provide the Director with regular updates on activation status, client feedback, and upcoming needs.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Actively participate in weekly Partnership team meetings, contributing to planning, strategy, and recaps.
