Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Strategic Sales to lead the team that works with our largest enterprise-level relationships across beverage production, retail, and more! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team that drives revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, cultivating strong client relationships, and leveraging market insights to help guide product development and business expansion.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Strategic Sales to lead the team that works with our largest enterprise-level relationships across beverage production, retail, and more! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team that drives revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, cultivating strong client relationships, and leveraging market insights to help guide product development and business expansion.
Role Requirements
- Experience leading, managing, and growing a team of 5 - 10 business development, account executive, and account management professionals
- Experience actively coaching, upskilling, and creating growth paths for early-career sellers
- Ability to create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance, especially in a remote environment
- Proven ability to secure Enterprise level ($50k+) data/SaaS agreements as a core product
- Must be data proficient and possess requisite attention-to-detail to map data & insight products to customer needs
- Ability to sell marketing and ad deals a plus
- Success in building and refining Enterprise sales processes and reporting
- Experience operating in a growth and/or private equity environment
- Exhibits desire to both manage a team and roll sleeves up to book largest deal opportunities in pipeline
- Team player - demonstrated history of working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Marketing leader
- Experience partnering with Product teams to help develop and deliver new solutions to customers
- Quantitative/systems proficiency (Excel, Salesforce, Clay/ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Experience navigating Fortune 500-level companies through all stages of the pipeline
- Based in the United States
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and/or CPG end markets
- Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry – especially beer segment – a plus
- Familiarity with monetizing consumer preference and/or ERP data
- Experience with data productization and monetization strategies and experience shaping go-to-market strategy for data/insight-based products
- Experience leveraging and selling based on insights and capabilities vs. just dashboards
- Experience with selling marketing / sponsorship assets
- History of managing function responsible for $5m+ of annual bookings
- Experience in a B2B2C consumer-facing ecosystem
