We're seeking a strategic, data-savvy healthcare recruiter to source and place Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Medical Receptionists, and Clinic Managers — the frontline talent delivering high-quality care. This is a contract role with 40 hours/week and a competitive hourly rate of $30. For the right candidate, there is potential for full-time conversion.

We're seeking a strategic, data-savvy healthcare recruiter to source and place Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Medical Receptionists, and Clinic Managers — the frontline talent delivering high-quality care. What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, credentialing support, offer negotiation.
- Build strong partnerships with Center Administrators to forecast needs and hit hiring goals.
- Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, retention, offer acceptance) to drive hiring performance.
- Support hiring for both frontline clinical roles and corporate office positions.
- Optimize workflows and candidate experience through continuous process improvement.
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (urgent care or outpatient preferred).
- Experience with credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements in clinical hiring.
- Strong command of ATS tools (CareerPlug prefered) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs like time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and candidate satisfaction.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Impactful role improving access to care through smart hiring.
