Job Summary

Baptist is looking to add a Hospital at Home (HaH) Business Operations ManagerBaptist Health team to join our. The Manager, HaH Business Ops is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Baptist Hospital at Home Command Center, ensuring seamless coordination of staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows to support high-quality patient care.

Shift Details: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday–Friday.

Location: Baptist Downtown

Manager, HaH Business Ops General Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the Hospital at Home Command Center, including staffing, scheduling, and human resource management of assigned team members (HUC, logistics coordinators, quality specialists).
• Collaborates with in-home service providers to ensure services are delivered with quality and accuracy.
• Monitors and ensures invoicing aligns with services ordered.
• Reviews and optimizes workflows for operational efficiency.
• Works closely with leadership to ensure program goals and standards are met.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
