Your Job
The Koch Capabilities Team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Wichita, KS. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions including performance management support across multiple disciplines (Accounting, Finance, Tax, IT, EHS, Legal, Logistics, etc.), maintain accurate HR transactions and change management, and partner to support the talent pipeline and programing efforts for early career employees. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving organizational effectiveness. As the HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and employees to optimize performance, support HR related administrative activities and enable effective HR partnership across Koch Capabilities.

What You Will Do
- Utilize Principle Based Management concepts in partnership with supervisors to resolve various employee relations issues and advance our PBM culture
- Assist supervisors with Performance Management. Including goal setting, providing feedback, development plans, and ensuring alignment with compliance and principles
- Lead respectful workplace or similar level one investigations
- Build credibility and trust with the employees and leaders to support employee relations needs
- Build supervisor capability and reinforce transparency and accountability
- Drive innovation and transformation in HR functions and processes
- Support Koch Capabilities as the Early Career liaison for demand planning and event programming
- Maintain accurate HR records and update transactions in the myHR system data
- Change Management Support including documentation, communication plans, and strategy
- An understanding of HR fundamentals (performance management, talent planning, change management, etc.)
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience in applying Principle Based Management
- Experience in employee relations
- Experience working within Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related Business Degree
