What We’re Looking For

Strong Hold is looking for a talented, independent Computer Science student to help automate several processes within our supply chain. As a member of our team, you would help us to bring those relationships into the fast-paced world of process automation. Being successful here isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about knowing how to find them. Applicants should be able to quickly understand the intricacies of our production flow, and will contribute to meaningful, production-level products to improve every aspect of our company.

• You should be available to work part-time through the fall, winter and spring and then full-time come summer.
  
  

Responsibilities

As an AI Integration and Automation intern you will work closely with several teams to design, build, and implement productivity boosts via automation tools. You will be free to explore how the company can go beyond its current scope and will introduce whatever tools you may need to help automate our processes. Given the diversity in our current process state, you should be comfortable switching between several programming styles to find the best solution to the problem.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, Node.Js, or C#
• Desire to find solutions to problems
• Use of AI tools like Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Cloud APIs
• Strong Technical and nontechnical communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to parse documentation and open to on-the-job learning
  
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of the manufacturing process
• Experience with Shopify or Monday.com App Development
• Experience taking advantage of RESTful APIs
• Experience with Excel’s VBA Framework
• Familiarity with Excel-Python libraries like xlsxwriter and openpyxl
