Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree with a background in program evaluation and/or research in Mental Health, Social Services, Public Health or a closely related field
- Database management and the ability to complete sophisticated statistical analyses
- Experience in the use of software for quantitative data analysis, including advanced skills in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills to effectively work and communicate with clients, service providers, hospital staff and TRAC team
- Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills
- Ability to correctly interpret and apply rules, policies, procedures, regulations, and standards in a consistent, systematic manner
- 2-3 years of experience working with data analytics, outcomes, reporting and computer science technologies
- Shift working, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm onsite each day
- Full-time (FT)
- Lead and monitor all data collection methods and reporting of performance measures at the clinic-level, with a focus on the quality measures required under the CCBHC Certification Criteria
- Develop data collection workflows and facilitation of data collection protocols including extracting data from existing clinical documents
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress towards goals and objectives, measure impact, effectiveness, sustainability, clinical best practice as well as access and outcomes for disparate populations
- Monitor progress towards project goals and objectives, effectiveness, impact and sustainability
- Collaborate with the CCBHC Grant Project Director, the National Evaluation Team, and other program staff, including attending meetings, trainings, and supervision
- Conduct data analysis and meaningfully interpret all program data
- Responsible for reporting on program data in the annual progress performance report and participate in all aspects of the National Evaluation of the program
- Present written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings
- Maintain compliance with all organizational policies
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
