- 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work with all levels of management
- Motivated self-starter with effective leadership and coaching abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Lead daily operations and drive branch profitability
- Ensure safe vehicle operation and DOT compliance
- Diagnose, install, and service residential/commercial water treatment systems
- Supervise and schedule warehouse and field service staff
- Oversee routing of deliveries and service appointments for efficiency
- Control overtime and manage temporary labor usage
- Recruit, train, and develop service team members
- Maintain team accountability and uphold company policies
- Monitor local market competition and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Conduct field training with service staff and support operational goals
- Promote a safe and compliant work environment
- Support cross-functional tasks and employee coaching as needed
- Frequent walking, standing, and vehicle entry/exit
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Must bend, kneel, crouch, climb, push, and pull as part of regular duties
- Work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Required to wear appropriate PPE
