What You’ll Do
- Support Account Operations: Assist with servicing deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy, and processing account changes.
- Assist with Maintaining Client Information: Assist with processing address changes, return mail, lost contact activities, and combined statement requests.
- Assist Certificates of Deposit (CD) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA): Assist with processing account documentation, ensure accuracy, and maintaining IRA plan information for proper reporting.
- Assist Exception Processing: Assist with account closure requests, non-sufficient funds (NSF) & rejected items, processing hold requests and verifying accuracy.
- Assist Unclaimed Property: Assist with research and preparation of due diligence letters, customer claim support and state reporting.
- Assist Collections: Respond to account closure requests and collect check items beyond the standard return window.
- Assist Banking Centers: Provide internal support for banking center staff and ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Windows-based spreadsheet and word processing programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new things and take initiative.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with accuracy.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
- Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
