Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's technology infrastructure. This role encompasses leadership across key domains including networking, data centers, cloud services, enterprise systems, storage solutions, end-user computing devices, and Help Desk operations. The CTO ensures that all technology platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives, while driving innovation and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

- Technology Strategy: Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer to develop and implement technology strategies that support the company’s objectives
- Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies to improve business operations and products
- Leadership: Direct and manage core functions of the IT department, including recruiting, onboarding, and training IT managers
- Budget Management: Supervise the department’s budget and monitor resource utilization for efficiency
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other executives to ensure technological initiatives are consistent with organizational goals
Required Skills & Education
- Technical Expertise: Experience in AI, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and DevOps
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and communicate with stakeholders
- Strategic Planning: Capability in creating technology roadmaps and planning for future needs
- Innovation: Approach to keeping up with trends and supporting innovation
- Professional Experience: Over ten years in the technology sector
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, business, cybersecurity, or a related area
