What You’ll Do
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our team by:
- Managing daily operations and dispatch for drivers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers while ensuring performance goals are met.
- Overseeing driver scheduling, DOT compliance, and Hours of Service (HOS) audits.
- Partnering with Safety and HR teams to uphold compliance, safety standards, and training initiatives.
- Leading recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for drivers.
- Conducting accident investigations, handling disciplinary actions, and supporting claims processes.
- Driving emergency loads as needed with a valid Class A CDL.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required.
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety compliance.
- Experience in dispatching, operations, or transportation management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and driven to exceed performance standards.
