Job Description
Under the general direction of the L&D Manager the Logistics Scheduler will be responsible for supporting the Norman OK and Wichita KS/ PCDC locations by Coordinating the finished goods marked as jobsite by customers in compliance with all internal, Transportation, legal and customs policies or regulations.

Under the general direction of the L&D Manager the Logistics Scheduler will be responsible for supporting the Norman OK and Wichita KS/ PCDC locations by Coordinating the finished goods marked as jobsite by customers in compliance with all internal, Transportation, legal and customs policies or regulations.
- Responsible to schedule deliveries ready to ship with customer by following the shipping instructions per sales order
- Provide best customer service experience with customers.
- Keep open communication with Sales and Customer Service Representatives to ensure we meet customer expectations
- Provide alternatives when our customers don’t know how to deal with a request.
- Ensure compliance with the internal policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable internal, local, state and federal regulations related transportation.
- Maintain Delivery appointments into SAP/Delivery
- Maintain Delivery Text notes into SAP/Delivery with clear information that could be understandable for all our internal customers.
- Keep the corresponded parties involve regarding specifics from Customers
- Monitor OTM deliveries pending to be processed to avoid any delay with the deliveries.
- 1+ year of related professional experience
- Experience in shipping or Logistics
- Ability to send and receive Information clearly and actively listen.
- Adaptability to adjust to different situations
- Capable to manage stress, remain calm and understanding
- Solid Knowledge with International and Domestic shipping experience
- Communication Skills, capable to create good inter-functional rapport.
- Effective analytical and problem-Solving skills
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Effective organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and plan work.
- Acknowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
