Responsible for maintenance and repair on equipment. Responsible for electrical systems, electronic controls, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, to include: electronic controls, motors, PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Complete Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) on applicable machines.
- Responsible for maintaining an inventory of service and repair parts.
- Maintains accurate and computerized records of services, repairs, and modifications on equipment.
- Design and install modifications or retrofits to enhance safety and efficiency of plant equipment, as needed.
- Able to operate various types of welding tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Able to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
- Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of equipment.
- Able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Good hearing and ability to see well (use of corrective hearing aids or lenses allowed)
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
- Basic math skills
- Reading skills (Basic instructional and technical information)
- An acceptable combination of education and experience
- This position requires walking, sitting or standing to a significant degree.
- Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
- Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
- Stooping, crouching, kneeling and bending.
- Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities.
- Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.
- This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
