As a key member of our Treasury team, you’ll play a critical role in managing operational cash flow and banking relationships. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure financial risk is managed effectively across the enterprise.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $74,200 - $97,300. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements
As a key member of our Treasury team, you’ll play a critical role in managing operational cash flow and banking relationships. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure financial risk is managed effectively across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store treasury operations, including smart safe vendor relationships and reconciliation of daily deposits.
- Support field leadership through the Smart Safe Program—monitoring armored carrier performance, call center data, and SLA metrics.
- Review daily cash positions and short-term cash flow projections to optimize liquidity and debt reduction.
- Administer and enhance Treasury Management System (Kyriba) forecasting models and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementations.
- Manage the Master Debt File and ensure accuracy of debt schedules and payment obligations.
- Collaborate across departments and with banking partners to facilitate wires, sweeps, and account reviews.
- Analyze cross-functional data to drive strategic, data-informed decisions.
- Develop and execute financial risk management strategies to mitigate interest rate volatility.

Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work-related experience required.
- At least five years of experience in Treasury, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of banking standards and practices, including the consistent exercise of good judgement as it relates to application of those standards and practices.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, theory, procedures, and standards.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is certification and experience with a Treasury Management System (Kyriba) is a plus.
- Experience with PowerBI preferred.
