Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
• Collaborate with sales, design, and project management teams for accurate proposals
• Prepare detailed bid packages and present to clients when necessary
• Adjust estimates as needed based on project changes or feedback
• Ensure that estimates align with deadlines and project goals
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project documentation
• Stay current with market pricing, material trends, and roofing technologies
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in Commercial/Residential Roofing required
• High school diploma or GED required, other degree/certifications a plus
• Proficient in reading blueprints and architectural drawings
• Proficiency with various technical applications
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and metal roofing systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working under pressure with hard deadlines
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Schedule

• Full-Time - Monday through Friday
• Weekend or extended hours may be required depending on deadlines.

• On-site at CMS Roofing - Branch assignment flexible among three locations.
