Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and motivated ETL Developer to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data solutions that drive reporting, analytics, and compliance initiatives. Compensation Package

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and database solutions to support organizational reporting and analytics needs.
• Build and manage database structures, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Analyze and resolve data quality issues while optimizing database performance.
• Provide support for infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and disaster recovery initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree in IT required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with ETL and database technologies such as SQL Server, Informatica, SAP, or Oracle.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
