Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Proven experience in desktop support or IT field services.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with printer troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with rack and stack procedures and data center safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft MCP are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, and printers including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Perform rack and stack operations for servers, network devices, and other in server room environments.
  • Handle hardware replacements, upgrades, and peripheral setups.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests raised via ticketing systems within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with remote support teams to assist in resolving complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
  • Support network patching, cable management, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Assist with inventory management and hardware audits.
  • Provide support during IT moves, adds, and changes.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 a Year
