Position: Project Manager/Account Manager - Emergency Services
Location: Remote, United States
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM, with rotating weekend shifts/holidays

Job Summary
Manages emergency services projects from quoting through delivery, ensuring timely, customer-focused solutions. The role requires strong project management, account management, and relationship-building skills, as well as coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive and enter customer orders accurately into Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Respond to cases professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate quotes using pricing guidelines and ensure service delivery within agreed timeframes.
- Source and coordinate with vendors to maximize margins and meet deadlines.
- Negotiate with vendors to minimize costs and prevent extraneous fees.
- Maintain open purchase orders and follow up for accurate invoicing.
- Provide vendors with site information and ensure all required documentation for invoicing.
- Keep customers informed throughout each phase of the project.
- Communicate client needs to internal teams and coordinate service requests.
- Collaborate with team members on shared accounts to ensure consistent service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand services with current or potential customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in a related industry or similar processes/tools.
- Experience in customer-facing, remote environments.
- Proficient with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, including multi-screen setups.
- Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, and sites simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with ownership and accountability for projects from start to finish.
- Adaptable, high-energy, and able to work under urgent circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
