Maintenance/Repair Handyman

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance/Repair Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures and systems, including dry wall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or maintenance work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.
- Assemble, install, and repair fixtures and equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of repair supplies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and external contractors as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a maintenance/repair role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
