We are seeking a Vice President of Account Management to oversee client relationships, drive account growth, and lead a high-performing team. This senior role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in logistics, 3PL, or warehousing who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the Account Management team
- Own relationships with key enterprise clients and ensure top-tier service
- Drive retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver on SLAs and KPIs
- Develop account strategies, forecasts, and reporting metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in account management/client success, with logistics or 3PL expertise
- Proven success in growing and retaining major accounts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
