About the Role & Program:
The Studio Marketing Team is responsible for the vision, creation and execution of creative materials for both theatrical film marketing campaigns and select Disney+ campaigns, across many brands, including Walt Disney Animation, Pixar Animation, Lucas Films ( live-action and animation), Disney Live-Action films and Disney Nature. The team creates a wide assortment of creative assets, including but not limited to teaser and payoff keyart for posters, digital, OOH, in-theatre printed materials and Disney+ platform assets. The team is made up of Creative individuals (designers, producers, Creative Directors) with a shared goal of developing ideas and creating art that finish to be most effective marketing materials in the industry.

What You Will Do
- Assist with all aspects of the creative process, including the downloading and filing of creative materials in development on the team’s server.
- Assist with concept development and involvement in team creative brainstorms
- Assist with printing and trimming of materials for internal and external presentations
- Bring fresh, new ideas to the table, pitching to the team when new projects are assigned
- Assist with paper and ink maintenance for EPSON printers
- Support with logo design and in-house revisions
- Contribute to development and revisions of creative PDF decks for internal and external reviews
- Adobe Photoshop expert with prior experience in Illustrator desired but not required
- Experience with researching and/or using a range of tools to acquire information and present findings
- Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple projects
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS
- High attention to detail and experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in a career in creative marketing/advertising
- Previous internship and/or work experience in a creative agency, in a studio, or related field
- Understanding and fluency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Bridge
- Conceptual thinker with a strong creative opinion
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major in graphic design, digital design, entertainment design, advertising, marketing, or related creative major
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
- Approximate internship dates: January 2026 through June 2026
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available, 9am – 6 pm PST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
