- Providing specialized perioperative nursing care to cardiac and vascular surgery patients in the CVOR setting.
- Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures.
- Collaborating with surgical teams to coordinate patient care and ensure successful outcomes.
- Documenting all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and perioperative protocols.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
