- Preparing and maintaining the sterile environment for surgical procedures
- Monitoring patient vital signs and ensuring patient safety throughout surgery
- Assisting surgeons and surgical team with procedures and equipment
- Administering medications and anesthesia as ordered
- Documenting all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Providing post-operative care and patient education
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations
