Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, requests and actions and requests for assistance from various business partners
• Assist in development of process improvements and implementation of new technology to drive efficiencies
• Handle other regulatory research, report generation, audits, and review new laws/regulations/guidance
• Analyze and resolve policy and regulatory issues to meet both business and regulatory requirements and to protect our reputation with customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in health care, managed care and/or health insurance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including formulas and pivot tables
• Proficiency in reporting including building reports and interpreting data
• Proven to be a self-starter with proficient critical thinking skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with regulatory affairs and compliance
• Experience responding to inquiries from a variety of stakeholders (external customers, internal customers, executives and regulators)
• Experience communicating complex information via phone conversations and emails to non-technical clients, external customers, internal customers and executives
• Experience with process improvement and finding more efficient ways of getting work completed

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
