Location Description:
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/cafÃ, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' waterslide.

Renata's Hearth serves contemporary Latin cuisine drawing inspiration from Mexico, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America with a focus on southwest ingredients and old world preparations to include smoking and grilling traditions. The name Renata means 'born again' and this reincarnation is a thank you to the bold and creative women who lived vibrantly beyond the rules.
Duties
As a Food Runner, you would be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring the order is correct, distributed in accordance with service standards, and communicating any needs or concerns to the appropriate team members / managers. We always strive to exceed our guest's expectations through our food and service. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Duties
As a Food Runner, you would be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring the order is correct, distributed in accordance with service standards, and communicating any needs or concerns to the appropriate team members / managers. We always strive to exceed our guest's expectations through our food and service. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Set up bus stations with glassware, tea set-ups, coffee, tea, lemons and ice. Keep items stocked throughout your shift.
- Keep dining room set up completely and correctly with clean, polished silverware, clean linen and glassware ensuring that each table is the same as the next..
- Ensure that the bus station is fully stocked with all polished silver and glassware.
- Outside bus station will remain clean and organized at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist servers with guest requests. Offer water and refill as needed. Keep ashtrays clean.
- Clear each course after everyone at the table has finished eating, unless the guest asks you not to. Remove items from the table that the customer does not need.
- Re-set tables. Check linen for quality/cleanliness and proper placement each tablecloth draped evenly around all sides of every table. Silverware should be polished and evenly set.
- Assist the servers in any way possible to assure quality service.
- Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

- Previous food service, food-running and or table bussing experience
- Food Handlers Card
- Team player
- Great attitude
- Attention to detail
- Professional and good communication skills
