As a Human Resources Generalist, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by supporting our new Residential Center for Healing & Resilience in its day to day operations by supporting and guiding our staff and management.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR with growing responsibilities and independent decision making
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, preferably Paylocity

Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of computer software programs and applications
  • Extremely strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and guidance to RCHR staff, management when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Keeps agency in compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Assists internal customers/employees through training and education on all HR items
  • Administers monthly benefit enrollment and FMLA leave program.

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.

This role is located in Idaho and candidates need to be within a reasonable distance of one of the Idaho Youth Ranch locations.
