Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with a client in Thousand Oaks, CA. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in advanced Java concepts to architect scalable, high-performance applications.
Rate Range: $45/hour to 46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour

Program Manager Job Responsibilities Include
- Define program goals, scope, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (engineering, product, operations) to ensure seamless execution across projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Track program progress using KPIs and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI and machine learning solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Python, C#, and Azure AI Services, including orchestration of LLMs and Semantic Kernel.
- Strong proficiency in REST API development, JSON handling, and automation using Azure DevOps and Azure Automation.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour
