- Monitoring and assessing laboring patients to ensure safe delivery processes
- Administering medications and interventions as prescribed
- Supporting patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Documenting patient care accurately and promptly
- Strong knowledge of obstetrics and labor/delivery procedures
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
