Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Telemetry RN – Cardiac Stepdown in Blue Springs, MO. This role supports a busy telemetry unit caring for monitored patients with complex cardiac and medical conditions. Nurses in this department gain valuable experience in a Level II Trauma setting while enjoying a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care for cardiac telemetry patients.
• Monitor telemetry rhythms, document changes, and escalate care as needed.
• Support patients with post-op recovery, COPD, stroke, and chest pain.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and wellness.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or Compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• At least 1 year of acute care RN experience.
• BLS required; ACLS within 1 year.
