Plasma Center Supervisor

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to support operations at our plasma collection center. Reporting to the Center Manager, you'll manage daily operations, optimize donor flow, and develop your team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll utilize your supervisory skills to maintain quality standards, conduct performance evaluations, and drive process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while leveraging your leadership experience in a dynamic environment.

Your skills and experience

Education

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred

Experience

Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required

Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.

Required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs.
