Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Plano, TX. Responsibilities include building scalable data pipelines and collaborating in Agile environments using Jira for issue tracking and delivery.
Rate Range: $47/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour

Requirements

Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Work with cloud services like AWS EC2 to manage data workflows and infrastructure.
- Use GitHub for source control and Jira for Agile project tracking and issue resolution.
- Leverage tools like Autosys and Jenkins for job scheduling and CI/CD automation.
- Utilize Postman for API testing and integrate MFT solutions for secure data transfers.
- Monitor and optimize data queries and processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in data engineering and Snowflake development.
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and experience working with EC2, GitHub, and Jira.
- Familiarity with MFT tools, Autosys, Jenkins, and Postman, along with Agile methodology practices.
Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
