2 Hour Learning is launching 25-30 new school campuses in six months. We need a Facilities leader who can transform empty buildings into thriving educational environments—on time, on budget, and at scale. This isn't about maintaining existing spaces. It's about creating the physical foundation for our educational revolution.

We're seeking an execution-focused leader who can navigate complex facility requirements, manage multi-site development simultaneously, and build systems that scale. You'll have direct decision-making authority, clear metrics for success, and the resources to deliver results.

2 Hour Learning powers Alpha, GT School, and other performance-driven K-12 schools built on a bold premise: students can master a year of content in two focused hours a day. The rest of the day? For passion, projects, and life. Our private equity backing gives us the capital to expand rapidly—now we need the operational expertise to match our ambition.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading our facilities strategy across 25-30 new campus launches—overseeing site selection, renovations, compliance, and operational readiness
• Building and implementing standardized facility playbooks that balance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Managing relationships with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Collaborating directly with founders and functional leads to align facility capabilities with educational requirements
• Leveraging technology and automation to create scalable facility management systems that support rapid growth

Basic Requirements

We need a facilities leader who can operate with speed, precision, and unwavering focus on results.

You Should Bring

• At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Proven track record managing multi-site facility operations or development projects in high-growth environments
• Demonstrated expertise in facility compliance, vendor management, and operational systems development
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive parallel workstreams across multiple geographies
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~1 week/month
• Proficiency with project management tools and willingness to leverage AI solutions to accelerate delivery

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
