Insulator Foreman
Oversee the installation and maintenance of insulation materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 5 years of Journeyman level experience in insulation work.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of insulation workers

Oversee the installation and maintenance of insulation materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise insulation installation in buildings and structures.
- Coordinate the work of insulation installers, ensure the proper use of materials and equipment, and make sure that the job is done in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the scope and requirements of insulation work
- Estimate material and labor costs for insulation projects and prepare project bids
- Ensure that insulation work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Inspect completed insulation work to ensure that it meets quality standards and project specifications
- Train and mentor insulation workers and helpers on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Order and maintain inventory of insulation materials and supplies
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- Other duties as assigned.
