- Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with account-related questions, including balances, transactions, statements, and product details.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Guide customers through digital banking services such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATM services.
Perform basic transactions such as password resets, balance inquiries, and account updates.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain a strong understanding of bank products, policies, and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all banking regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred, especially in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn banking software quickly.
Flexible availability, including weekends or holidays, if needed.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
Knowledge of banking regulations a plus.
