Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist therapists in administering rehabilitative treatments and exercises as directed.
• Prepare and maintain rehabilitation equipment and treatment areas.
• Assist patients with exercises, ensuring proper form and safety.
• Document patient progress and report observations to therapists.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the rehabilitation area.
• Provide patient support, answering questions, and offering encouragement.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications of Rehabilitation Tech:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to assist patients with exercises and mobility.
