The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Food Runner / Server Assistant to join the opening team of White Willow; our refined Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with precision, care, and attention to presentation.
- Communicate effectively with servers and culinary staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas throughout service.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
- Polish glassware, silverware, and tableware to uphold luxury standards.
- Assist with water service, bread delivery, and other table-side support.
- Monitoring guest needs and respond with attentiveness and professionalism.
- Support private dining and special events with setup, breakdown, and service assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized service station and back-of-house areas.
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Always maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment.
