The eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, and with high-quality, safe products. These individuals manage the workflow of fellow fulfillment specialists to ensure orders are ready for pick-up or delivery in a timely manner.

Job Summary
The eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, and with high-quality, safe products. These individuals manage the workflow of fellow fulfillment specialists to ensure orders are ready for pick-up or delivery in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and supervise daily workflow of in-store fulfillment teams.
- Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently within expected timelines.
- Resolve customer issues fairly, equitably and in a timely manner.
- Assist with weekly scheduling of in-store fulfillment teams.
- Provide on-going training and support for fellow team members.
- Communicate all department standards, policies, and procedures to all fulfillment associates.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Must possess previous experience in a customer oriented industry.
- Must possess High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously to meet required deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess computer and smart phone skills (Android). Must be familiar with Google Docs, proficient with email, and the ability to learn computer-based systems.
- Be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
- Possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and evening hours.
- Interviewing experience a plus.
