What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers )
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of managed and/or owned senior living communities (SNF, AL, IL)
Coach, develop, and hold accountable Executive Directors using HDG’s EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive census, manage expenses, and optimize revenue growth
Lead financial planning and budget execution to meet company performance goals
Guide sales, marketing, clinical, compliance, and safety initiatives across assigned communities
Oversee quality assurance and regulatory readiness, ensuring communities exceed state/federal standards
Actively participate in client Board meetings and support partnership development
Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion aligned with HDG’s strategic goals
Travel regularly (up to 80%) to support community-level success and visibility
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Vision & Accountability )
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site senior living or skilled nursing operations
Proven expertise in census development, team leadership, fiscal accountability, and operational turnarounds
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration across departments and stakeholders
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in senior care
Ability to travel extensively to support your assigned communities
