Marketing Assistant | Perricone MD

Perricone MD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Team in all aspects of Perricone MD marketing, including brand, product development, creative asset development, launch execution, influencer and digital asset development.

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll:

• Assist in developing the global brand mission, objectives and three-year strategy for Perricone MD core franchises and helps develop plans to successfully drive growth.
• Assist in strategically analyzing the brand's strengths and opportunities vs. category trends/key competitors and identifies growth areas for our core franchises. 
• Be responsible for competitive analysis, industry trends, research, budget tracking and maintaining necessary marketing reports.
• Assist manager in all aspects of brand building innovation initiatives including new product development and product line extensions. Drives the portfolio by working with cross functional teams (Product Development, Package Design & Engineering, Creative, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Finance) to progress and track the development of all initiatives, ensuring timely launch within cost/margin objectives.
• Assist manager in kit, sampling and gift with purchase strategy.
• Support Influencer Marketing Manager in all product / mailer shipments and briefs to deliver paid partnerships on time and in full, ultimately driving EMV growth for the brand.
• Be responsible for budget tracking, raising of purchase orders and leading weekly gratis orders to support marketing initiatives.
  
  

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Hard working with a “no task is too small” attitude
• Beauty industry experience preferred but not required
